Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind XVaultPro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all perpetual license tiers:

• XVaultPro Core
• XVaultPro Pro
• XVaultPro Fortress

Your license is perpetual and yours to keep forever. We offer refunds because we believe in the product, not because we expect you to need one.

2. Vault Guardian Subscriptions

Vault Guardian support subscriptions (Watchtower, Guardian, Sentinel) may be canceled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing period.
• You retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.
• You may re-subscribe at any time at the then-current pricing.

If you subscribed within the last 14 days and have not used any signed update bundles, you may request a full refund of the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through one of the following channels:

• Support ticket: Open a ticket from your customer dashboard

Please include your order number (format: XVP-XXXXXXXX) and the email address associated with your purchase. We will process your request within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency.

5. Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
• Evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve your concern promptly.

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

XVaultPro is delivered as a perpetual, offline software product with no activation server and no DRM restrictions. Your right of withdrawal is not waived upon download, as no irreversible digital content delivery mechanism is employed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us using the contact details above. EU statutory rights take precedence where they provide greater protection than this policy.

7. Founder's License

Founder's License purchases are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund for a Founder's License, the associated Founder pricing lock and free first-year Watchtower perk are forfeited.
